Method
Sit in Vajrasana and bring your fist close to your navel. Keep the fist vertically near the navel and thigh, note that while doing this, the fingers are towards your stomach. Take a deep breath and while exhaling bend forward and try to keep the chest on the thighs. While bowing, there is maximum pressure on the navel. Keep the head and neck straight and slowly inhale and exhale. Now comfortably go back to your normal position. Initially do this 4-5 times only.
