How to make Kadhai Mix Veg
• Step 1 Prepare the veggies
Firstly, wash all the veggies and chop them as per your need. Pour oil in a kadhai and add two pinches of asafoetida to it. Now add cumin and mustard seeds. Let them crackle for a minute.
• Step 2 Saute the veggies
Now add chopped onions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped carrots, beans, peas, cauliflower and capsicum. Add salt and mix them well. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes.
• Step 3 Add the spices
Now mix cubed paneer in the kadhai along with red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and combine everything together. Cook for 3-4 minutes more.
• Step 4 Garnish and serve
Once done, add garam masala and turn off the flame. Make sure your veggies are cooked yet crunchy. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
