In today's day to day life, digital payments have become a major part of transactions. Slowly all the people have started adopting these mobile payments. Due to this the transaction has become very easy. And many problems faced by the people have been simplified.
                                                               
Quickly do electricity bill, lpg cylinder, shopping, train ticket booking, mobile recharge, loan repayment, bank money transfer, fastag recharge, DTH, education fee, etc transactions from your mobile phone sitting at home, office, or outside. But sometimes while making digital payment, our transaction becomes pending, then we face some problems. Let us know what are the reasons for these problems and how to get rid of these problems.
 Problems with transaction spread or pending? 
The biggest problem is when the transaction is pending or failed, we feel uncomfortable in making the payment for the second time through the application and the money for the first payment is not immediately credited to our account, then in such a situation, we will again make another payment. They decide to do it on the manner and it is mandatory to do the bill paid in given time also. And even when the money comes into the account, it takes time.
 Why do these problems occur while making digital payments? 
When you pay a bill through mobile applications like Paytm , google pay, phone pay etc.  and other means. Then they immediately send the request made by you to the payment service provider. But after sending the request from the medium, sometimes it may take up to an hour or more for the service provider to process it. But rest assured, the service provider will notify you immediately as soon as any update is received from the payment department like (BPCL, Bank, Mppv). 
 What to do when transaction or bill payment is pending?
 Most bill payments are processed instantly, but in some rare cases, the operator may take some extra time to process your bill payment. 
When pending, issues a ticket order for assistance by phone, or other application support, respond to it, and the provider support team will respond within 24 hours, so that you can get more information and resolve your pending payment. Huh.

What happens if bill payment fails? 
Your bill payment may fail only in few rare cases, rest assured the service provider will refund the entire amount to your account. Check the account balance from time to time and if the pending amount does not arrive in the account within the stipulated time, then by going to the help and support center of the application and sending MSG messages, the amount is returned to your account soon.
Do I have to pay late fee?
 Rest assured, if you have made the bill payment before the due date, you will not be charged late fee. 
What is the time frame for the mode of payment? 
 The time period is fixed on the basis of what is the mode of payment by you through the application-
If the payment is made by credit card , it may take up to 2 working days for your card issuing bank to process your bill payment. If they have recorded your bill payment on or before the due date, they will not charge you a late fee.

Please wait 3-5 days for UPI payment and 7-9 days for card payment and 24 hours for refund to reflect your bank/card statement.  
Please Note: In case of unsuccessful transactions for which you have received any promotional campaign amount (cashback), the cashback amount will be adjusted against the refund amount. Cashback is applicable only for successful transactions.
