Weight is easily reduced in summer, there are many reasons for this like -
 
1. Drink more water and drink more fluids
In summer, the body dehydrates more quickly, due to which there is frequent thirst. In summer our water intake increases. Due to drinking more water, appetite also decreases and the digestive system also remains healthy. Also, due to drinking more water, food gets digested quickly. All these together make weight loss easy.
 
2. Avoiding Rich Foods
Whether it is winter or rainy, we are more attracted towards deep fry foods in those days. Whereas in summer the appetite is less. In summer, we often eat many drinks and other fruits or such things, which keep us cool and light. Overall you try to avoid heavy meals.

4. Longer Days and More Physical Activity
In summer, the days are longer, as a result you are more active during the day than in winter. Winters make you cold and lethargic. While summer keeps you active. Therefore, it is easier to lose weight in summers.
 
5. Eat Fresh Food
Winters attract you to hot food, hot chocolate and comfort food. Which is rich in calories. Whereas in summer you crave green vegetables-salads, fresh food, cold drinks and ice cream. Which are not only low calorie but also nutritious. Consumption of fruits and vegetables increases during summer.
